Mission

The mission of the EHS Parent Council is to support and enhance the educational programs at EHS and strengthen the relationship between home and school.

 

Why Join the EHS Parent Council? 

Membership in the EHS Parent Council is an important gesture of financial support to EHS and it provides you with two copies of the Student Directory. The Parent Council uses the monies raised through membership dues to support students and staff by funding:  Mini Grants, Staff Hospitality, the EHS Student Directory, EHS Student Planners, Graduation, Scholarship Banquets and Buzzwords (Reference the pie chart at the bottom of this page.). Click on the the above link "For Membership" to download the membership sign-up form.

 

How many fundraisers does the EHS Parent Council hold?

One.  Membership dues are our only source of revenue.

 

What is involved in being a member of the EHS Parent Council?

You donate the membership fee of $30.00 and you receive two Student directories.  There is nothing else asked of you-- no meetings, no volunteering. You simply have the satisfaction that your donation is benefiting the students and staff at EHS.

 

How do I get a Student Directory?

By joining the EHS Parent Council! In addition to supporting the high school through the ways listed above, you will receive two copies of the Student Phone Directory.  Directories will be distributed to Parent Council Members in the fall. Directories may be available for non-members in January depending on availability.
